Complaint procedure

In order to lodge a complaint, please follow the steps presented below:

1. Complaint form
Fill out the complaint form and send it alongside the defective product.

2. Sending products back
When filing a complaint, please send back the defective product together with any and all accessories and a copy of the receipt or invoice. Defective products should be sent to the following address:

According to the law, items can be returned within 14 days (counting from delivery date), as long as they are in the original condition and show no sign of being used. To withdraw from the sales agreement and return a product purchased at our shop, please fill out the withdrawal form and send it to our address together with the product/products you're returning:

Make sure to send any and all accessories that accompanied the product/products and the original receipt or invoice alongside the declaration and product/products.


If a t-shirt or sweatshirt turns out to be the wrong size, you can exchange it. Ordering wrong size can be avoided – please make sure you read the sizing chart before ordering. Apparel items can be exchanged for an alternative size (if available), but not for another different item (for example, a size S sweatshirt can be exchanged for the same sweatshirt, a size M). To exchange apparel items, please contact us by email at or phone: 511 148 390 to see whether product replacement is possible.
